The Bayeux Tapestry is a 70 meter-long (approx. 76.5 yards) linen embroidery depicting The Battle of Hastings from a Norman perspective. The words on the tapestry are in Latin. Nobody knows exactly who made it or why. Watch the video below to learn more.
